Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Contour mobile application ("App"), created by Oleksandr Prudnikov ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Contour is a photo-alignment app for iOS. It overlays the contours of a reference photo on your live camera so you can line up the same shot, lets you compare two photos with a slider, and lets you stitch photos into a looping GIF.

Free to Use

Contour is free. There is no account, no subscription, and no in-app purchase required to use the App.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for using the App lawfully. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Any photos you create or capture with the App are your responsibility. They remain on your device and we do not access them.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design and features, is owned by Oleksandr Prudnikov and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. All photos you create with the App remain your property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OLEKSANDR PRUDNIKOV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

App Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to keep the App up to date for optimal functionality and security.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will reflect any changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
